You have your Go Overland Canada rooftop tent and you are ready to go on an adventure!

Total installation time is usually between 5-10 minutes, but if you have very low roof racks it can take up to 30 minutes. If you have specific questions that are not addressed below, email us at contact@gooverland.eu.

The first step is to completely open the tent and take out all the parts, boxes and/or bags inside. Be sure to check all corners and even under the mattress, as sometimes items can shift during transport and become hidden.

Then ask a friend or partner to help you lift the tent and place it on the crossbars of your vehicle. You have just completed the hardest part!

Step 1:

Place the bolts into the silver plates, then lift the tent and slide the bolt on either side of the crossbars.

2nd step:

Pass the bracket through the bolts and center it on the crossbar.

Step 3:

Tighten the nuts. For added security, you can purchase lock nuts to prevent theft, or lock nuts to prevent these nuts from coming loose during regular travel.
